Tutorial : Crystal Bracelet : Donut Thai Style Part 2

This is part 2 of the bracelet. I'm sorry it takes me long. I can't use the photos I took from the previous section because they are not very clear. So don't be surprised to find the different colors here.

Part 1 is here

Tutorial : Crystal Bracelet Donut Thai Style Part 2
Level : Advance

1.

We start from the base seed beads. It should be eight seed beads. Cut the new thread and put it into the second, third and forth seed beads. However, if you have only seven seed beads, just don't worry, put the threads into the first three seed beads.

2.

Put the right thread into the crystal (red arrow). Cross both threads at a new crystal (blue arrow).

3.

Put the upper thread at the crystal (blue arrow). Cross the threads at the last three seed beads (sixth, seventh and eighth seed beads) at the base (red arrow).

4.

Add new crystal to the lower thread and cross both threads at a new crystal (red arrow).

5.

Add new crystal to the lower thread (blue arrow). Cross both threads at the first three seed beads of the base (red arrow).

6.

Put the upper thread to the crystal (red arrow). Cross both threads at the new crystal (blue arrow).

7.

Put the upper thread to the crystal (blue arrow). Cross both threads at the last three seed beads of the base (red arrow).

Repeat step 4 to 7 to the rest of the bracelet.

Repeat step 1 to 7 for the other side of the bracelet.

8.

Cut the new thread or if you have enough thread from the previous step, you can continue to use it. We start from the crystal (red arrow).

9.

Put the upper thread to the crystal (red arrow). Add five seed beads to the lower thread.

10.

Add one seed bead to the upper thread (red arrow). Cross both threads at a seed bead (blue arrow).

11.

Pick up the upper thread, add one seed bead (red arrow). Put it in the next two crystals (blue and greed arrow).

12.

Add five seed beads to the lower thread. Add one seed bead to the upper thread (red arrow). Cross both threads at a seed bead (blue arrow).

Repeat step 11 - 12 to the rest of the bracelet.

Repeat step 8 - 12 to the other side of the bracelet.

13.

You should receive something similar to the above two pictures.

14.

Now, we will weave the back of the bracelet. Cut the new thread. String it to the clasp. Add two seed beads to both sides. Cross both threads at the two new seed beads (red arrow).

15.

Add two seed beads. Put the thread into the middle seed bead from the base (red arrow). Do the same for the other side.

16.

Add two seed beads to each thread. Cross both threads at a seed bead (red arrow).

17.

Add two seed beads. Put the thread into the middle seed bead at the base (red arrow). Do the same for the other side.

18.

Add two seed beads to both thread. Cross them at a seed bead (red arrow). Pull the threads tight.

Repeat step 17 - 18 to the rest of the bracelet.

I know it's quite very hard to bead at first. But be patient, I can do it so you can do it too.

I hope you will enjoy this tutorial. Sorry for taking a long time to finish this tutorial.
